NEW WeSpace Memberships & offerings from the community
Dear community,
Last year, we launched WeSpace with a clear vision: to bring caring people together in a community to address humanity’s major challenges.
For us, community is much like a permaculture garden, where people share their unique gifts generously with each other so we can grow and thrive together as an ecosystem.
At the heart of this vision has been the desire to combine the transformational (how do we connect, learn, and grow as a community?) with the transactional (how do we share the costs of running the space, and create opportunities for one another?). We’ve experimented with different business models, learning to nurture the energy and manage the operations.
After hard work and invaluable input from our core community, we are stoked to launch our new membership offer, with tiers that cater to the diverse needs of our community.
We recognized that some need a space to work from every day, while others want to drop in occasionally or host an event every other month. We’ve also seen that many of you feel drawn to the vision and energy of this space and are always eager to join our next workshop or gathering. The good news is that we now have a membership for each of these needs.
In the next 40 days, we’re heavily focusing on welcoming new members to WeSpace — and we need your support. You can learn more about the memberships here and become a full-time or flex member today. There is also the opportunity to become a friend or patron of the space — receive exclusive benefits and support our cause! We appreciate your sharing it in your networks or directly with someone you believe would be a good fit for our meaning-driven co-working community.
We have also started developing a plan to establish We Create Meaning as a foundation. More on this in the coming months (If you want to co-create this with us, please reach out to steffen@createmeaning.com!).

Embrace Your Cyclical Power Workshop — September 11
“Most women go through their lives having no or very little awareness of the complex processes happening in their bodies every month. Many of us have been raised believing our cycle to be a "curse". In this workshop, Vanessa will introduce you to the fascinating psycho-spiritual workings of our monthly cycles. By exploring the four distinct phases - the inner seasons - you will receive a map to start reconnecting with your own unique cycle.”

Practical Applied Complexity Theory Workshop — September 16, Berlin
You want to lead in complex systems — where there is no clear causality, and there are many unknown unknowns?
Then come and join an afternoon workshop on 16.09. from 14-18:30, in person in Berlin, for a praxis-oriented exploration of how to build strategy, probe the system you are leading in, and find iterative ways forward in your desired direction.
The approaches we will cover represent a shift from a mechanistic approach and perspective onto the environment, to an entangled and non-linear one.
We will lead the workshop in English or German, depending on the constellation of the group. Only 3 spots left!
